you’d think i wouldn’t put myself through such things as ‘describe yourself in 3 words’ but here we are! i did ask my husband too! his words were: tranquil, compassionate and beautiful 🥹

not to get too spiritual, but i really do believe we contain multitudes and that our personality/identity is merely a construct, so trying to define my ‘self’ is not something i am a big fan of.

our ‘self’ is a construct, and while it’s useful for engaging with the material world any attachment to it is futile. i prefer to look at it from the perspective that in each passing moment we are creating our ‘self’ by how we show up, the choices we make and our state of being. and we aren’t constructing this concrete thing that is our ‘self’ but instead it is this constant evolution that changes as each moment and experience passes.

now, all that said from a ‘real world’ perspective some things to know about me would probably be that i am married to by best friend Louie, we got married in 2017 and have known each other for 15 years now!! we have a fur baby who is my obsession, his name is Dood; he’s a black labradoodle that we found on facebook marketplace lol.

my favorite color: green

i love food too much to pick a favorite, but i do eat sourdough almost every day so maybe bread? i have watched the office, in its entirety, probably 12+ times; and its probably too hard for me to pick a favorite movie lol. my music taste is all over the place, but i will say i hear good things about my playlists on spotify.

2017

i went through many, many changes in 2017. i quit my career of 7 years, got married, then went vegan, stopped drinking and ditched cigarettes; this was the start of my healing journey…

2019

in 2019 i became an integrative nutrition health coach and started seeing clients 1:1 to improve their nutrition and overall wellness; wae collaborative was born

2020

waeco went fully digital, i started seeing clients virtually and continued on my own healing journey

2021

i received mentorship and training from Mastin Kipp a leader in healing emotional trauma. this was big for me personally and professionally; i started healing my own emotional trauma and integrated this training into my coaching.

2023

i completed my 200hr trauma informed yoga teacher training and added in movement, breathwork and meditation into my offerings. and i also received a somatic healing certification in 2024.

2025

here we are today! i am really proud of where i am in my own journey and of what waeco has become; and i also know that both waeco and myself will continue to evolve & grow as the journey continues!
